Not sure what to say?

Rest in peace Glenn. Glenn and I took basic training in the army together in 1952 at Fort Jackson, S.C. I think he was one of the outstanding people i've met throughout my life. I just had my 90th birthday. I'm sad to hear he's gone.

I was blessed to have his mentoring by example. I was honored to work beside Mr. Cary and Mr. Len Harsh as a young 'stat' man for Green Wave Football. He definitely had an impact on me while he was the Voice of the Green Wave. Little did I know I would translate that mentoring into my on-field announcing for Florida Football. As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

Mr Cary was an icon of Ft Myers, he will always be the voice of the Green Wave, and always had a nice word and a smile for a young man that often needed that paternal positive example. God Bless Mr Cary and thank you for your examples.

Uncle Glenn was a man of admirable character. He always had a smile on his face and left one on mine. Was very lucky to have him for so many years. Our last OG will be missed.

I have know Glenn since the Lee County Bank days and he has always been the sweetest man, made everyone feel special, and we are so lucky to have been able to have lunch with our group every year with Glenn attending, he will be greatly missed. our condolences to the family, we know he was very special.

We have known Glenn since the Lee County Bank days, and he was always such a sweetheart, always made everyone feel loved. Called us all "youngins" lovely man, he will be missed and we are so blessed that we all kept in touch and had lunch at least once a year.

I was ever so lucky to marry into this wonderful family. Uncle Glenn and Aunt Linnie were always a delight to spend time with and we traveled with them several times....they were the first people we told that we were moving to WASHINGTON in 1981 and they encouraged us all the way...he had since my father passed away been like a second father to me... I will miss him always..
