Dear Glenn,

I wanted to take this opportunity to say Thank you to you. My family and I were so lucky to have had you in our lives. You were a great neighbor and friend, I always felt safe when you were near by. Your stories always bought a smile to my face and at times they bought laughter. You were a dependable and trustworthy neighbor whom my kids grew to love. Everytime you were outside smoking my kids could not help wanting to say Hi to you. We will miss you as many will. I pray...

Glen, my friend, will be sorely missed by me and all who came in contact with him. He was a long time friend of mine through the years. We shared many happy moments together hunting and fishing and making rabbit stew at his grandmother's house in Englewood. We used to fish in the reservoir and under the bridge by the dam in Oradell. We caught bull frogs in the swamp. We walked the tracks and always said we would go all the way to Bangor Maine some day. Of course that never happened.

Glenn was the first neighbor we met when moving to Mahwah, friendly, smiling, always something nice to say. He made us feel welcome from that first greeting.
