Glenn Davis was one of the most interesting persons I have know. Borne dirt poor in Mississippi. Quit school at an early age to support his family. Got a job delivering papers. The owner of the paper saw to it Glenn got an education and sent him to Journalism school. He was publisher and editor of a news paper. Intervened Pres. Kennedy, Speech writer for Johnson, Lobbyist, District Director for Nebraska office of the Small Business Administration. Always a kind word.

Glenn was an icon at SBA and a great story teller.

I worked at the Small Business Administration when Mr. Davis was District Director. He was a kind and generous man. A true gentlemen. A friend to all. I am truly sadden to hear this news. May he rest in peace with his wife and son.

Glenn was a friend to all. He was always so kind and caring to our church family and children. He will be greatly missed.
