Glenn C. Doty

My deepest condolences for the loss of Glenn. I apologize for not attending the service. I just heard of his passing today. Glenn was a wonderful neighbor! When my kids were young he would walk around the block and stand with my son and wait for the bus with him. He and Barbara will be deeply missed.

Our sincere condolences to all of Glenn's family. He was a very special guy all the years we knew him, and he will truly be missed. May he rest in our Lord's sweet peace with his dear wife after so many years together.

Glenn was a special human being who touched the lives of so many for decades. He was instrumental in molding the lives and career paths of so many journalists, this one included, and he did so long after it was his job. We will miss his distinct voice, his commitment to journalism ethics, his lifelong commitment to serving as as a teacher/coach and his sense of humor. RIP
