Mr. Goodman was such a solid man. He milled several trees for me and I was amazed that he did what he did with such enthusiasm and intelligence. I could stand at his mill and watch him work that thing for hours (and my son and I did)....
I even put a YouTube video out showing what a fascinating and nice fella he was (Bull Island Saw Mill).
I will miss him and I know he's gone on to a better place. Bless him and his family.

Thought's and prayer's go out to family and friends of Mr. Goodman. I knew him since I was very young. He was just one of the nicest and easygoing people that you could ever meet. A very hard worker and loved all of his family very much. Ran into him a couple of weeks ago on a hot day. He climbed into my work truck and we just talked for about 25 minutes until his grandson picked him up for a Dr.s appt. Just and enjoying person to talk to.
I'll miss him very much.
