Although we haven't seen each other for many years, I want to offer you my sincerest condolences on Glenn's passing. I'm so glad you two had 20 years of happiness.

Uncle Glen was my mom's twin brother. He was a quiet, reserved man who was very sensitive and caring.

I can see Uncle Glen on Memorial Day standing in front of his door on Eastern Parkway with his Army uniform hung there, so proud of his country and his service.

My favorite memory is of Uncle Glen and mom celebrating their birthdays together and always, Uncle Glen would toast mom and say, "I was a gentleman and let her go first" when asked who was older. They had such a...
