Not sure what to say?

Hold fast to your memories,
To all of the cherished memories of the past,
To the blessings and the laughter,
The joys and the celebrations,
The sorrow and the tears,
They all add up to a treasure of fond yesterdays that you shared and spent together,
And they keep the one you loved
Close to you in spirit and in thought,
The special moments and memories in your life will never change.
They will always be in your heart,
Today and forevermore.

I...

I knew very little about Glenn, but the little I knew made a lasting impression on me. I doubt that I will ever meet someone so selfless, strong, and giving. While my heart breaks, it breaks for myself and those who were fortunate enough to know him, for we should all live a life as extraordinary as Glenn's.

I was very sorry to hear about Glenn's passing. We were friends several years ago, but I moved and lost contact. He was a very kind and thoughtful person.

Aunt Shirley, Family,
and To All Glenn's Great Friends whom also were his Family,

I am so thankful to be able to call Glenn my cousin, and also my friend. He was such a fun guy, and his kindness and giving nature are an inspiration. I remember Glenn's frequent lunch visits to Dad in the hospital and how much Dad enjoyed them. That was Glenn...a very loyal, caring, and devoted family member and friend. He taught me so much and inpired me, even, or should I say especially, through...

I had the honor to work with Glenn years ago - and he was a dear friend. He touched my life, and the lives of others, in so many ways.
His giving spirit, kindness and gentle ways were just some of the many wonderful qualities that Glenn possessed. I know that so many people will miss Glenn.
My sincere and heartfelt condolences to Glenn's family.

To the Hoffman Family:
Glenn was definitely a shining star who touched many lives. I knew Glenn at both Highmark and PNC Bank and was aware of his strong community involvement. Glenn's incredible compassion for other people is an example we should all follow. Glenn's suffering is over and he has moved on to a much better peaceful place. I offer my deepest sympathy to you at this difficult time.

Dearest family,

While you may not remember me, I remember Glenn and you with great fondness. It is with a broken heart for you that I leave this message.

I met Glen back in 1980 when I first went to work for CCNB. He was always kind, supportive, and a wonderful friend. We never lost touch even after I moved to Central Florida.

My greatest comfort is that he is now rejoicing in Heaven and I look forward to the day we will be reunited and laughing like we always used to...

In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.
