Not sure what to say?

I met Glenn 15 years ago, and always enjoyed his good humor and positive attitude. I was proud to nominate "The Good Doctor" for the Long Leaf Pine award, and to accompany him to Raleigh when he received it. A good doctor, to be sure, and a good man as well.

My wife Judi and I always enjoyed seeing Glenn and his wife Muriel. He always had a funny story to tell and always seemed to be a happy person.

We knew Glenn through the Tom and Susie Thurston for many years in Salisbury. Susie Thurston had many parties that she invited us to over the years and this is where we met Glenn.

We will miss him.

I taught third grade at Bessemer City Central and had Hilda Kiser in my class. I wondered about the connection. I would love to hear about my fomer student.

Dr. Kiser was a generous man and a good friend. I was associated with him over the years as a member of the Milford Hills Lions Club and as a member of the Duke Eye Center Adcisory Board. Professionally, we were acquanted through my employment with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina. As a man who made many contributions to society through medicine, community involvement, and suppurt, he will be missed. The one thing I'll always remember was his standing invitation to "sit down and...
