Glenn was the kindest, most emphathetic person imaginable. He was also so thoughtful and wise. It´s hard to believe it has already been a year since his passing.

I'm so very saddened to hear this. I was Glenn's last secretary before he became a Judge. He was smart & funny & was a pleasure to work for. I know he will be deeply missed.

I was saddened to hear of the recent passing of my dear friend Glenn. My condolences to Sandy, Jeremy, Julia and the rest of the family and his many, many friends. I first met Glenn in 1979 when he was a newly minted prosecutor in the Juvenile Division of the State's Attorney's Office for Baltimore City. I quickly realized that he was an enormously talented attorney and a uniquely special person. We remained friends for many years until we sadly lost touch during the Covid pandemic. ...

I was so sorry to read of your loss and wanted to offer my sincere condolences. Losing someone in death is one of the most heart wrenching things we endure. Please take comfort in all the memories you have, find hope in the scriptures and gain strength from the power of prayer.

Glenn was a great person and a great judge. I enjoyed both appearing in front of him when he was on the bench as well talking to him in the courthouse, at bar events or on the street. He will be missed by all who knew him.

I worked with Glenn at 2 different firms. He was kind, caring and a joy to work with. He drove me to the hospital to deliver my youngest son. What a gem of a man. While he no longer inhabits the earth is kind spirit will always abound. My deepest sympathy to his family.
