Read MoreSwanee was a terrific guy. We had started a friendship recently and he came to visit me several times. We had coffee or I cooked us golumpki. He told me about a game called "Seven Little Words". I play it every morning and will always be reminded of such a beautiful man when I do. I am still stunned by his passing.

I am saddened by Swanee's death. He was so generous to all whom he knew through Williston. From the vantage point of FB, he was robust and always present. The suddenness of your loss is striking. It is hard to accept, and grasp. Having recently gone through something of the same, it is not easy to reconcile this reality with the disbelief that it is real. Wishing you all peace, loving memories, and space for your new journey.

I am so sorry to learn of Swanee's passing. I will remember him as an engaging teacher and warm and generous person. He will be missed.
