Not sure what to say?

I regret to say that I did not learn of her passing until just now. Although belated, I hope that those she loved and who loved her have come to share in the blessing that her life and work were to all.

She was indeed a marvelous artist and individual. I did not know her personally, but feel that I have been fortunate enough to share in the enduring spirit of her living creativity. This is the case because I was among the mere 5000 who were able to acquire one of the special...

Glenna Goodacre was an amazing woman . . . mother, wife and extraordinary sculptor. I am saddened to hear of her passing but grateful God spared her after her accident. I pray her remaining years were fulfilling and peaceful. Glenna will never be forgotten. She is a part of the tapestry of our country, from coast to coast and in-between, she has created remarkable sculptures which have been appreciated by so many and will be for future generations. I admire her so very much. Like so many...

I didn't know her personally. I once or twice crossed her path in Santa Fe near the Gospel Cafe on Lincoln St. She said "hello" and smiled. Beautiful woman, friendly. A completely full life -- she lived all the "octaves".

Have been a long-time admirer of Glenna's beautiful & timeless art. Rest in peace, Glenna.

To the family of Glenna Goodarce, she truly was an amazing woman, she was a mentor to me when I was in Santa Fe ,she helped me in many ways to become an artist and follow my dream. It was an honor to work side by side with her in the studio. She made me believe in myself as a woman artist. May she forever walk in beauty and be surrounded with beauty for she has left us with beauty in all her sculptures.

The professionalism in the artistic work of Mrs Goodacre is simply beautiful to look at. Her work will be here for a long long time for all to cherish and remember. She had the touch. To the family Im sorry for your loss. May God be with you at this time.

Glenna, our visits in your Lubbock Studio continues to live in my memory. I came to visit one day and you were working with water colors. You shared with me the piece called Sand Storm and it was marvelous. I can still see it in my minds eye. You are still a loving, wonderful person to me and I will never forget your kindness given to me. Be at piece now. Love Billy Webb

A gracious lady--proud of her family
