I attended Central High School in Knoxville, Tennessee, with Glenna. We all knew her as "Glenna Faye Ison." She was a quiet, reserved young woman who always had a sweet smile and something nice to say. She was a member of the school's Christian Student Union, a school club which met every morning before school for prayer and a short devotional service.
