Sorry to hear of the loss of your Mom & Dad. It´s been awhile since we have seen you all but we had such good times together. See your house all the time. Still have pictures of you all. No kids here now, very quiet. My husband passed in April 2020. Gloria & I did a lot of things in the PTA of P.S. 16. Remember the great October fiest at your place. Those were very busy times.

I have many fond memories of Dr. and Mrs. Amari. From Mrs. Amari helping me to get a job at Clove Lakes Nursing Home during my college years to flying with Dr. Amari to Pennsylvania when Jerry was looking for a new car. Always thought they had so much patience putting up with us in their basement pounding away on our guitars. My sincere condolences to the family.

My condolences to her family. I remember her husband´s practice growing up in the neighborhood when Oakwood was such an idyllic place to grow up and people were all around upstanding citizens from the Greatest Generation ever. Rest in eternal peace my fellow neighbors and Wagner College students. Semper Fidelis. P.S.-I have often read about stories on SILive and even witnessed both sets of my very own grandparents pass shortly thereafter each other (although not within hours). It´s amazing...
