Dr. Gloria Jackson Bacon

I worked with Dr Jackson at her clinic, I believe in the early 70's. I remember how committed she was to provide excellent medical care to the residents in our community. She was truly a phenomenal spirit that changed the lives of so many. Sending my condolences to her family. Audrey Warren

Dr Gloria Jackson Bacon was a great example and inspiration to me since the beginning of my medical career. She modeled what a doctor should be.

I will miss you Dr Bacon, my employer, mentor, benefactor and friend. We met when I was 14 and I volunteered as a medical technician. The skills I learned, venipuncture and point of care laboratory testing would serve me well in medical school at Loyola Stritch School of Medicine and internship at Cook County Children's Hospital now Stroger Hospital. Our paths crossed again in New Orleans and I learned that you were an accomplished vocalist and published writer. I look forward to seeing you...

Joyce, You have my deepest sympathy in the loss of your beloved sister, Gloria. Please know that you and the family are in my thoughts and prayers. Christ never leaves us.
