Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry for your loss, Gloria was a wonderful person, I enjoyed working with her in the ER at Iredell, she was a always a joy and could make you laugh. She was one of the people you meet in your life, that you will never forget. God Bless You All.

Gloria was such a ray of sunshine. She could always make me laugh! The stories she told me will be with me the rest of my life. She would bring Austin to the hospital to visit when he was a toddler and he would play on my computer. He loved her so much. I will never forget her or her family. I hope you will find comfort knowing she is safe in God's arms.

The hospital ER will never be the same without Gloria, she gave 110% to whatever it was she did. I saw her only a month or so ago while having a family member in the ER. We talked about having had 'our' surgery together and how we had progressed in the years following. She loved her ice cream sandwich, even though it wasn't on her menu. Gloria was strong in her duty to her fellow man, she relished her chosen profession as a nurse, she will be sorely missed. God needed a good nurse in his...

Gloria and I shared a special bond of knowing folks both in Statesville through IMH and in Surry County, where I worked in the Northern Hospital ER previously.
Glo brought a level-headed, experienced approach to the ER and had the ability to completely control and direct any out-of-hand situation or challenge. She saved and influenced many lives during her 20 something years in emergency nursing. When she was the nurse for any of my patients, I knew it was alright. She had a keen...

The ER will never be the same without Gloria. I worked with Gloria at Iredell Memorial for about 5yrs.and I am so sorry to hear about your family's loss.

She talked at breaktime about her children and grandchildren all of the time. She was a precious lady and a wonderful nurse.

What a loss for the Hospital!

I will miss her so much.

The er will never be the same. We have lost a spirit like no other. She was many things to all of us, leader, friend, nurse, mentor and a great story teller. She always had a comment and idea for any situation. We loved her for many years in the er. So blessed to have had her as long as God lent her to us. Now she is in another home awaiting us. We will miss you. All of our love to your most cherished family. I hope Thurstan and her children, and those precious grandchildren of hers...

My mom worked with Gloria and called her friend. I then was lucky enough to do the same. Gloria was a great nurse and great person. She will be greatly missed by her friends, coworkers and her patients. My thoughts go out to her family.

The Iredell ER will never be the same. A great nurse and wonderful person has left this earth to seek her next journey. She will be greatly missed by us here at EMS. My prayers are with her family and her ER family.
