RICHMOND, Virginia

CHRISTIAN, Mrs. Gloria Leola, of Richmond, departed this life June 28, 2013. She is survived by her children, George and Marvin Christian (Wilhelmina), Brenda Christian Sayles, Freda Tucker and Sheila Christian; seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild; four siblings, Littleton Jr., Odessa, Claude (Wilma) and Rita Edmonds; one aunt, Nancy Jackson; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull St., where the family will receive friends Wednesday (today) from 6 to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 5, 12 noon, at St. Paul's Baptist Church, 700 E. Belt Blvd. Rev. Glenn Mason officiating. Interment Maury Cemetery.

To Shelia and family. I was heart broken to find out you lost your mother. It has been a long long time since highschool probably, but I still remember your smile, I thought you you, Sheila, when I first saw your moms' picture, you look like her.
