Not sure what to say?

Glo was a gem - no BS, just a straight up person with no hidden agenda! Loved her for that!

Glo came into my life when I married her "only nephew", this is a joke between her and Larry. He would call her and say this is your favorite nephew and she would always reply"HA, you are my only nephew! then she would laugh at her own joke. We enjoyed going to the Village theatre with her on a Sunday afternoon and then off to one of her favourite Italian places for calamari or osso bocco or almost any kind of fish, and always a nice glass of wine. She had a heart big enough to love all the...

I will remember Glo as a member of the Seattle Mariners Womens Club member. She was very active and we went to many activities together. She was alot of fun and will be missed by all. Norma Jean Holmes Seattle, Wash.

I knew Glo as a member of the Seattle Mariners Women's Club, and boy, did she know her baseball! I will miss her.

Take me out to the ball game!

If Glo counted you among her friends, you were a friend for life. I was very lucky to have been among that number.

As Ronald Reagan once said--

"Some people spend an entire lifetime wondering if they've made a difference. Grandma Glo didn't have that problem."

OK....so he said that about the Marines, not Grandma Glo. But he could have.

If you knew her, she made an impact on your life.

Glo was also "Grandma Glo" to the friends of her children. To say her family was her passion is an understatement. She never missed an opportunity to say how proud she was of her children, grandchildren & especially her great grandchildren. She truly glowed while talking about them. She also never missed an opportunity to ask how you & your family were doing and wask what was going on in your life.
I will always remember her sparkling eyes & her wide smile when she greeted you and her...

I will always think of Glo fondly and will always remember how cute she looked at Overlake Hospital and how sweet she was that day. She was ready to say goodbye but I wasn’t ready to let go. The thought of her spending her 91st Birthday out of pain and on her feet again gives me great comfort. An angel in flight watching over her family and friends. You will be missed! Merry

Glo was a member of Campus Business & Professional Women from about 1979 through 1989. She was a delight to be around. I was in my early 30s at the time and remember her genuine concern for me and for Campus BPW. We had many good meetings which she helped to arrange and we cherished the potlucks we had when she was able to attend. Glo was always so thoughtful and caring; but never judgmental. We love you dearly.
