I would like to send my prayers and sympathy to the family. I had the pleasure of working Ms. Dowdell for many years at the Women's League Daycare and she was also one of my daughter's teacher's at the daycare. As a young woman, Ms Dowdell gave me several "Words Of Wisdom" conversations that I will always cheerish in my heart. I will miss her dearly, she was a beautiful woman.
