Not sure what to say?

I will always remember Gloria as a fierce, outspoken woman. But, beneath the tough exterior, Gloria had a heart of gold. She especially loved her grandchildren and truly cared for her many loyal customers. I loved talking with her and hearing that wonderful laugh when I would see her at Phillips Shoes. She is greatly missed.
RIP, Gloria

I was shocked when I learned of Gloria's passing. She was such a wonderful person - so outspoken, full of joy, and a pleasure to be around. Some days (even if I were not shopping) when I felt down, I would visit Gloria at Phillip's Shoes in S. Windermere, and always leave feeling so much better after talking and laughing with her. My prayers go out to Benny, Tanya, all the grands. and all the people that had the luck of knowing her and loving her! I knew Gloria through the Daugamah family. She was always kind and welcoming to me. She was their OMA. And treated them like her own family. She will be missed.

John and family, So sorry and sad to hear about Gloria. She was always so happy and genuinely glad to see you. Always a smile. She so affectionately referred to me as "little" Ann. It always made me smile as so few ever call me that anymore. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Thoughts and Prayers.
"Little" Ann

One of the dearest friends anyone could hope for. If you were lucky enough to know "Glo" you were blessed indeed. She will always be in my heart and all who loved her in our prayers.
