Not sure what to say?

To the family of Rev. Gloria Hopkins, remember that God, is always working in ways that we can not comprehend, but merely trust in Him, do not ask questions--for His will is being done.

After the passing and funeral of our late Rev.Sis. Gloria Hopkins, I have found some things that she gave to me in the early 60's. A man's manicure set that I have used since she gave to me,and a book Titled "IF" by Rudyard Kipling, and signed the back, "Read and keep this book always, It has a message.
Sis. Hopkins,Always remember,"To thine own self be true". And I still have it. Stay Strong, John Leonard

Through the great work of the Ministry of Gloria and her late husband I came to KNOW Jesus Christ as my LORD and Savior.

This is a temporary separation for we will see each other again in the presence of our LORD rejoicing.

For the family, church family and friends He that called us is FAITHFUL. HE will come again on a white horse ... so shall we be ever with the LORD. AMEN

James, Lois, Eva and Charles Adams weep with you.

He will...

To the Family of Cousin Gloria Talley Hopkins: It is difficult indeed to find words to express our regret at the passing of our cousin, Gloria. However, we extend to all our deepest sympathy. We know you will find comfort in the LORD each day.

May God lead her home for all her good works done here on earth. May her family be blessed with her loving memories forever.

Our prayers are with the Talley, Brooks, & French family. I'll always remember Gloria as a strong, caring, christian woman. I also have fond memories of taking music lessons with her at Roosevelt summer programs. Gloria's spirit and work to serve will continue. No tears!! Just smiles for the way she lived her life!!

In retrospect, I can see Sister Hopkins-back in the day (60's) as she sang to the glory of God, as ONLY she did--'Christ Is All'. Her gift (voice) would mesmerized people as her eyes were batting repeatedly, while she felt the spirit--soooooo beautifully.

Hedi, William, Kelvin, & Ethan be strong in the Lord. Your mother was a marvelous friend and teacher to ALL. She'd want you to rejoice for her transition to glory; and, most assuredly, let your light shine that others may see...
