Gone but not forgotten

Gone but not forgotten

Bill, I just learned of Gloria's passing, and I am so sad to hear this. She was a wonderful boss and friend. I remember so fondly our trip to Italy with you and Gloria back in the early 1980s, just as if it was yesterday. I know you will miss her terribly, and my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

She was like a second mother to me when growing up. she was the only one who sent money to me when my apartment got robbed. She had the best sense of humorand was just absolutely beautiful! She will be missed.

It seems as if I have known Gloria Sterman all of my life. While I was a underclassman at Fayette County High School, Gloria was an inspiration to me and our lives were in parallel, UA and UAH. She will truly be missed by many people.

Truly a pleasure and a privilege to have known such a lovable and special lady. What a remarkable life. She will indeed be missed. Love to you all.

Gloria was a wonderful friend, patron, and engaged participant at the Alys Stephens Center and the entire community. She will be missed. My thoughts and love are with her family at this time.
