Although we called her Aunt Gloria, she was actually my 1st cousin/1x removed. She was my Dad Sal's 1st cousin. I only briefly met her when I was a little girl, but several years back she sent me some hard copies of documents I was trying to gain for the "MERCURI" Family Tree I was starting on my end. She was very witty and a very funny lady and I was grateful to have reconnected with her. I'm so sorry that she has left us, but she lived a very fruitful wonderful life & now she's on a new...

I´ll always remember Auntie Gloria as someone who loved all her family and who was genuinely excited to have you as a visitor. I enjoyed my visits around the kitchen table on the 2nd floor, times of conversation, family history, laughs, and always a little something to eat. Rest in peace, Auntie.

Auntie Gloria is such a breath of fresh air that will make me smile every time I think of her. Some of my fondest memories as a child were going with Gloria and Emma to their beautiful vegetable and flower garden.

Ricordo la sua visita in Calabria, a Grotteria, per visitare il luogo d'origine dei suoi genitori. Ci tenevamo in contatto con i social, ed era sempre affettuosa e lucida, con i suoi graditi messaggi, che ricambiavamo. Riposi in pace!

Gloria was my maid of honor. A cousin and a sister to me. She took care of me when I was young and we would be sent to stay with Aunt Emma. We always stayed close by phone as we got older. I will miss her dearly.

Auntie Gloria was a special lady! With doing technology at her age amazed me! Her blackberry jam was a wonderful tasty memory as a kid going to visit and she would always bring us chocolate lollipops when she would come to visit us in Mass Chatting with her on facebook was always fun. Especially when it was political! May she be dancing with Jesus now!!!
