My wife and I have been neighbors of Gloria for several years. She was such a friendly and always seemed so happy. So sorry to hear of her passing. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Earl and family.

My deepest sympathy to the family. I knew Gloria alas a friend and co worker. She was always willing to volunteer for Girl Scout events, helping others with her friendly smile..one of the most beautiful people outside and inside. Rest in peace with the Lord. Another angel is smiling down on us❤❤❤

I am so sorry for your loss. Mrs. Kocher was such beautiful kind hearted person. She always had a smile on her face. I remember when Shawn and I were majorettes and I would stay over at your house after the games she would always make sure there were plenty of full bowls of Peanut M&M's. What a loss to your family! I worked with Gloria in the tax office for several years. She loved you girls, always smiling, and just a very kind word to everyone! Prayers to your families!

My heart and condolences go out to the entire Kocher family. I was truly blessed to have worked and known this wonderful, beautiful, kind woman. She truly loved her family.
