Gloria J. Kucan of Lyons, age 82. Devoted daughter of the late Milan “Mike” and Emily (nee Cvitanovich) Kucan; dear sister of Patricia “Pat” (Hilary) Demco and the late Catherine Kucan; fond aunt of Timothy and Ronald Demco; great-aunt of Angela Demco, Anastasia, Alexandria, Dimitri and Basil Demco. Fond niece-in-law of Marie and Bette Cvitanovich. Gloria is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins of the Kucan and Cvitanovich families.  Gloria loved family gatherings. She was a longtime member of the Women’s Club of Lyons, Club Hreljin and the Croatian Fraternal Union Lodge #228/32. Gloria was an avid reader and loved to play solitaire, travel and go to concerts. Her favorite music groups were Neil Diamond, Waylon Jennings and ABBA. Family and friends will be received at the Conboy-Westchester Funeral Home, 10501 W. Cermak Rd., Westchester on Thursday, August 21, 2025 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral Friday 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Mary Church, Riverside for a 10:00 a.m. Mass. Interment Mt. Auburn Cemetery. Memorial donations in Gloria's memory would be appreciated to the Brookfield Zoo (www.brookfieldzoo.org) or the Wounded Warriors (www.woundedwarriorproject.org)  Arrangements entrusted to the Original Kuratko Family-Brian D.
