Not sure what to say?

Bill Ball Head, is what your neices and nephews called you. You were such a fun uncle. We will never forget all of the great memories. I love you Uncle Bill and miss you very much, but I know I will see you soon. When I graduate I know you will be watching and proud that I am graduating from the same college as you did.
We all love you very much!

I haven't seen Bill for over 20 years. The only memory I have of him visually is a constant smile draped with a moustach...I think he had pretty good teeth too...back then. My memory of him as a person is an upbeat, positive, exceptionally friendly person. You'll fit in to the Pepperland Scene perfectly! No more Blue Meanies yeah Bill? See Ya Later Man!!! Peace,Love, Dave Raum

Kindness. Laughter. Free spirit. Loving soul. It felt like a breath of fresh air to spend time with "Billy V". I always came away feeling lighter about life and better about myself. That was his great gift to me, and to others. He will be sorely missed, and always remembered. My love and prayers go out to his family, and to everyone he touched during the short time he was here. I am lucky to have known him. God Bless.

Bill was a true and sincere friend.
We had a lot of great times together
in the good old days. I will always have fond memories. He will be missed by many. I guess it's true only the good die young.

There are places I remember all my life
though some have changed
some forever, not for better
some have gone and some remain

All these places had their moments
with lovers and friends I still can recall
some are dead and some are living
in my life I've loved them all

But of all these friends and lovers
there is no one compares with you
and these mem'ries lose their meaning
when I think of love as something...

BILLY V. YOU WILL ALWAYS BE IN OUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS, FOR THIS IS A TERRIBLE LOSS. ITS ABOUT 15 YEARS THAT I HAVE BEEN COMING TO O.C. THANKS TO KATHY AND BIIL WENTZ. ALWAYS LOOKING FORWARD TO THE BEAUTIFUL OCEAN, SANDS, SUN, AND FUN. THERE WAS ONE OTHER CONSTANT THAT WE COULD DEPEND ON, THAT WAS YOU BILL, AND RON. LOVE ALWAYS, KAREN AND NED

Wow Billy V..... What a class act you were!!!! When i was all alone in oc/del you were an awesome friend! My family and i really appreciated the support you gave to us when my Mom passed...You allways gave me a ride back home when I needed one.
