Miss Lillie, my deepest sympathy to you and your family. I always considered Capt. Gloyice a good friend. I have fond memories of working with him at the flying service, and going fishing with him. We always caught our limit, but heaven help the poor soul who got sick on the boat. He'd make him promise anything to get back to shore. God bless you and your family. Sometimes in life, God and his master plan, will allow a business relationship to become a friendship, and, in few and seemingly impossible circumstances, will cause both to be a treasure. Such is the case with Cpt. Ard and me. He being a boat owner and a skilled, knowledgable, and highly respected fisherman, and me being a marina operator with far more banking knowledge than fishing. I think my few simple rules , and policy of always being fair, while making sure the business relationship...
