I was Dr. Podila's student at Ocimum Bio Solutions at Hyderabad. He was offering a Post Graduate Diploma Course in Bioinformatics with affliation with UAH. He was a really nice man and he was one of my inspiration to pursue my PhD in US. I am so sad to know what happened to him after 5 years. I didnt really know Dr. Podila, but his daughter Bindu and I used to be close friends. I pray that she and the rest of her family are doing well in the aftermath of this tragedy.
