I am very sorry to learn of Gordon's passing. I came to Raleigh in 1969 and worked with him over many years as a lobbyist for the restaurant industry. He was an inspiration to many new lobbyists as they began their careers. He always took time to talk to you, listen and to advise. Gordon was an "authentic man" and his passing is a loss for North Carolina.
