Not sure what to say?

Dear Bell Family
We were very sorry to hear of the passing of Dr Bell senior - particularly to realize that it occurred during time we were spending with Gordie and Kathy in Arizona.
The measure of a man is often what he leaves behind - and one can tell from his family and those patients whom he touched that he set the bar very very high indeed.
Our thoughts are with you all and we hope that you'll have many fine memories to share over the months and years ahead.

Dear Ann and Family:

My prayers are with you. I recall the time I saw Dr Bell in the cafeteria at Lakeland years ago as he expressed words of wisdom and encouragement. He was truly one of a kind. I also enjoyed sharing an office space at Lakewest, you guys renewed my faith in the institution of marriage and often made me laugh. May God bless and keep you and your family.

To the Family of Dr. Bell--
I'm 43, a husband and a father of 4. I have a blessed life! I can claim all this because Dr. Bell saved my life when I was 10 years old ('78)! He performed an emergency appendectomy on me. I remember VERY vividly his kindness to me at a tough time for a young boy. I will be grateful to him for the rest of my life. My Mom knew him from working at Lake West. She only wanted him to look after me! As she has often said to me, "He was the best". My military...

So sorry to hear of the loss, Dr. Bell was such a great kind soul. I will always remember what a pleasure it was working with him at Lake West Hospital. Prayers and thoughts to Dr. G. Bell and family. Bobbie-Jo Hollingsworth RN

Dear Ann and Family,
Jon and I are so sad about Gordon's death. In the short time we have known you, we feel like family. Gordon always made us laugh. He will be greatly missed. We are sorry that we will not be there for his Mass but know we will be there in our thoughts and prayers. Our deepest sympathy and love, Jean and Jon

Allan & Lisa and Dr. Bell's family,

I think heaven just welcomed a new angel to protect and watch over all of you.
We are thinking of you and share in your sorrow.
May God bless you and bring you comfort.

My sympathy to the family of Dr. Bell. After graduating from nursing school in the mid 1960's, I worked with Dr. Bell at Lake County West. He was a lovely, kind man. He, also, operated on my 3mos. old daughter at that time.
I have never forgotten Dr. Bell and am so sorry to hear of his passing.
