We fondly remember Gordie and our up north connection and twenty years on Manistee Lake. Gordie was always so friendly to us, especially the boys. We have thought of you many times over the past few years after we left the lake. Gordie will be greatly missed. Our lives were enriched for knowing you both.

Hi Gordie,
You're missed by lots of folks. Kept tabs on you most of my life through my Dad, Bob Robinson, by asking every now and then about news of his EMU colleagues. Tom, Cal, Jerry, Gordie. Most gone, never forgotten. Your name and image as the tall guy were burned in my memory as a wee guy, maybe 3 or 4 years old, and my parents always had good things to say about you.
