I coached at Montrose and we played Gordon´s Byron softball teams many times. Our contests were competitive but always with good sportsmanship. Gordon´s players followed his example-always first class. As a result, a good friendship came about. Gordon was a great coach and an even greater man. Rest In Peace, my friend.
