Not sure what to say?

I remember him and his wife would always love to eat my mom´s homemade tamales and so they would always make sure that they called to make sure my mom made some!

I didn't hear of Gordons passing, but my late mother used to say we were related. My condolunces to any relatives, I may have around that I don' t know about yet. Sounds like he luved a good life.

In loving memory of a wonderful family member. Gordon will be greatly missed.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

I remember Father Dickey with fondness while I was attending Saint Andrew's school in the late 60's. He had the kindest eyes and seemed to care about our lower income community in NE Portland at that time. I see that he ended up getting a Masters in Social Work which was very appropriate. Perhaps by hos example he inspired my own pursuit of an MSW and interest in social justice issues. My condolences to his family.

Gordon Dickey was an incredibly caring, generous and a dear friend. I first got to know him when I served as a Deacon at St. Andrew's Parish and he was and Associate Pastor many years ago. Our paths crisscrossed through the years always picking up where we last left off. Gordon's wife, Mary Ann, was to the very end a guiding light in his life. I will miss him until I see him once again.

We met Gordon and Mary Ann through my mother, Thelma Golden. They were treasured friends of Mom's, and Gordon presided at Mom's memorial, as she would have wished. They were wonderful friends to us as well, and we remember many happy times with them in Oregon and a memorable trip to Montreal.

Gordon Dickey was my brother in law. I have valued his friendship and support for many decades. A few years ago I experienced some family drama which involved a personal attack on me. Gordon supported me 100%, which was essential for my emotional well being. I miss him already.

I remember many lovely times shared with Gordon and Mary Ann in Arizona. He was loved and will be missed.
