It has almost been a month, but it feel like just yesterday i heard the sad news. It is hard to believe that he is gone and I still try to pinch myself, hoping it was just a dream. I know though he has gone to a better place, where he is free from pain and suffering. I could go on forever of all the good memories i have shared with grampy. Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

My stength comes from the outpouring of support from friends and family . I find comfort in knowing that he is in good hands.
