While I didn't knoe Gordon, I grew up in Woodruff and know Mary Alice and her family. My family was transferred to Rutherfordton after my Junior year at Woodruff High School for my Dad to.be Supervisor of Weaving at Grace Mill I was a 1960 graduate of Furman University.
