Not sure what to say?

We think of Gordie often, not solely as our Financial Advisor, but more importantly as a ray of sunshine every time we saw him. His smile lit up any room. He had a zest for living that was unparalleled. How can we say...Gordie had a way of making others feel at home, even upon a first meeting. Maybe it was his smile - maybe the way he truly wanted to learn about us, beyond our financial situation - maybe it was the way he projected his kind heart into every conversation. We miss him...

Gordie, my Phi Psi brother, I am saddened to be hearing about your passing 9 months after it happened. Sad news to learn about in our "Duck tales". You were the warmest soul, always smiling, laughing and more importantly...always there for anyone. God must have big, big plans for you upstairs buddy, because everyone down here will miss you. My thoughts and prayers go out to you Janelle, the children & all the rest of the family. Rest in peace my friend. May your memory be eternal. Scott...

We knew Gordie when he was a teenager and even back then he
was a perfect young man. So happy and kind. Gordie was special.
My heart felt condolences to all of his family.

Gordie was such an amazing person. He was always kind and thoughtful to me and to those around him. I remember how hard he studied for his CFA while at Columbia. He wanted to know the material inside and out and it was incredible to me how diligent he was in his efforts.

Janelle, he always spoke of you with such wonder that someone like you would choose him. Gunner, Beatrice and Gus. I never had a chance to meet you three but he was so proud of all three of you. When Gordie and I...

I am so sorry to read about Gordie. You have my sincere sympathies.

Our family will always remember Gordie as a special friend who was witty, caring, and kind. As a long-time client, Gordie was there for us in good times and especially in dark times; guiding us with his sage advice and 'hand holding' when needed. He always made us feel special. He was such a special light on this earth and will be greatly missed from our lives. We offer our deepest condolences to his wife, Janelle, and children, Gunnar, Beatrice, and Gus.
