Not sure what to say?

Gordon was my Mom's cousin. I remember listening to him on WOOD radio and met him once at a family reunion. It was neat to hear his distinctive radio voice in person.

Gordy, we met exactly 20 years ago today, July 4th and ill never forget our first conversation. I SO wish we had kept in closer contact i had NO clue until today of your courageous battle and passing. Tim McGraw says it all best in "My Old Friend"....RiP Gordy you are truely missed by me...July 4th 2012

Mr. Gould, Thank you for being a friend..you will be missed...

Cindy--Even though I never met your brother, it sounds like he was truly a great man and liked by many. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. May your beautiful memories of your brother help ease your pain.

Thanks for memories, Gordon....from Ionia Free Fair friends, Jim & Carol Hoort. It was a pleasure knowing you. Rest in Peace.

I am not surprised to see that all that positive enthusiasm, compassion and zest to contribute so well remembered by your fellow 1950s classmates translated into a long and distinguished career in teaching and community service. I am sure you would not have wanted it any other way.

Gordy,
May you rest in Peace , I will always remember the times you were up at Godwin High School teaching classes and I had choir practice, many moons ago but I will always remember. I hope you see my parents and have a wonderful reunion.
Your cousin,
Debbie

Hi Gordon, Rest in peace friend. See you in the Morning. Bob the clogger

Gordy's life affected so many people on so many levels, he was such an asset to all of West Michigan. I'm sad to hear of his passing, we missed him terribly at the Fallasburg Festival this year and were hoping to see him next year (if not sooner). Wishing you a safe journey Gordy, until we meet again! (From all of the KinFyre Band)
