Gordon T. Gurney

grandpa was a great man who also had a great voice. we will all miss him.

I will remember Gordon as the man who made it possible for me to learn how to drive a standard. Claire's daughters and I always kept him busy. He was a great family man and he will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with all of his family.

Stan & I are so very sorry to learn of Gordon's passing.

We have many wonderful memories of performances with him and marveled at his voice in his solo work. His steady commitment to his various activities over the years served as an inspiration and role model for us.

Our prayers are with you and the family during this time of sadness and loss.

Gordon's daughter married my brother, so I met him at many family gatherings. He was brilliant, a gentleman, and his family meant the world to him. He will be missed.

I will never forget the sheer beauty of his voice, soaring high with all the brightness and sweetness of a piccolo trumpet. I will miss my friend.

I knew Gordon as a very gracious gentleman. I enjoyed emailing him and Claire when emailing was young. I am keeping Claire and the family in my prayers.

He was gracious and gentlemanly at all times, and a fine musician.
