Gordon was a very good friend of my father Bernard Hitchcock since they were young men. I recently lost my mother so I know what a sad day this is. Gordon was a good loyal friend to my father. I know my father would want you to know how much he cared about him.Prayers to all of you.

Thank You all for the heart felt messages. My dad was a great man and made friends wherever he went or to whomever he sold a car to. He was once described as "The Last Honest Car Salesman". He was a fishin buddy and my hunting mentor. He had NO IDEA what to do when he gained custody of me , but he made the best of it and the best of me. I LOVE YOU DAD AND I CAN'T WAIT TO HUNT BACK TO BACK WITH YOU IN HEAVEN!!!
