Gordie, Now I understand why you quit writing. Corresponding with you and Grace since meeting you on a cruise on The Azur in the 70's was such a pleasure. I miss our exchanges.

Now, I understand why I haven't heard from Gordie. Gordie, Grace and I met on a Caribbean Cruise decades ago, and Gordie and I corresponded all those years. I really miss him.

Gordie, i miss you dearly. Your death was so sudden but now, i know you are in a happy place. It looks like Heaven needed you more than us. They gained an angel. You were my card playing buddy and you always managed to beat me. You were such a loving, kind, man and i am grateful to have known you. I enjoyed our conversations and our laughs together.
