Not sure what to say?

I went to Clackamas High School with Don Jones 1958 to 1962. I had met Mr. and Mrs. Jones during those years. They were gracious people. Mrs. Jones loved to listen to the organ played on the radio and TV from the Mormon Tabernacle Choir broadcast. She was an accomplished pianist. It seems he always gave his support to her. Now they are together again. Warmest wishes to the family.

I remember Mr. Jones at the auctions at the West Linn Inn. My parents owned a frame shop and art gallery and I spent many afternoons at the auctions. I remember how tall he seemed and what a command of a room he had. My thoughts are with you all.

To the family of Bud Jones:

We were privileged to know Bud, Doris and Carolyn when Doris was the organist and Choir director at Zoar Lutheran Church in Canby, OR ... I'd say, sometime in the 1970's or 80's. We sang in the choir with Bud and Carolyn. We have many happy memories of spending time with them. We still have some of Bud's paintings adorning our church sanctuary. Blessed be their memory!

Mike,
Christina and I are saddened by the passing of your Father. We send our deepest condolences and our warmest thoughts are with you and Susie and Jamaica.

I was privileged to be the Jones' mailman for over 10 yrs when they lived on SE 79th. Wonderful folks and I loved hearing about Mr. Jones meeting Chas. Lindbergh and deciding to be a pilot. Also loved his paintings and he was gracious enough to give me one. I truly missed him when he had to move away.
