Oh man, such a loss...such a life so very well lived. Gordon was a good friend of my Dad, Brud Plate and I remember him very well from so many of the Stanford parties my family attended over the years. The last time I saw Gordon was at Gordie Covell's 90th Birthday party at Menlo and he stood up in the middle of the party and said, "Lexie, say something nice about your Dad for all these Delts in the room"....and I did....and I loved every minute I spent with all those wonderful people that...
