Some 30 years ago you and Rick took me in as an associate in Meredith Realty. You taught me so much about real estate, but, more importantly, exemplified a professionalism and depth of knowledge par excellance. I was proud to be under your wings! May you finally have the peace and rest you deserve. You are a legacy in your own right. I will never forget the day you treated me to breakfast then gave me a ride to the Adult Ed center to take my GED test. Who knows, without your persuasion, I may have stayed discouraged and never have taken the test. Sadly, the world has lost another person who positively affected society. I will always remember you as a warm, caring human being.

Dear Sara: As you know, Rick has been my friend for the entire 40 years since you and he started your company. He used to visit me in my office in Boca...I was a young realtor and he did so much to encourage me over the years. I always held him in the highest esteem as the embodiment of professionalism, ethical dealing, kindness, and concern for others.
