Read MoreI first met Gordon in the late 1950s in Cannon Beach, Where our parents and grandparents had cabins. In the years following we fished, dug clams ,enjoyed evening bon fires and stormed the mountains behind Tolovana Park. This was a wonderful part of my childhood and Gordon was part it. RIP Gordon. I worked with Gordon in the North Clackamas School District. He was a fine educator and a fine man. His moral values were clear in his teaching and everyone who knew him benefitted --- students, fellow teachers and myself. I am glad to have known him.
