Gordy Poole was my Dad's (Bob Balmer) best friend. They got together many times over the year and sometimes the wives did with them as well. I believe they met thru work in the dairy industry but it could have been at Oregon College as well. I also had the honor to meet Gordy many times. I tried to find him when my Dad passed away in 2018 but was not able to do so. I am sorry for your loss. His memory will always bring a smile to my face as I know how much he meant to my Dad. ...
