Not sure what to say?

You were always a good buddy! A. Cielesz

Grandpa: A year has passed but we still miss you and think of you with the greatest memories.
You will always be in our hearts.
Love,
Devin, Maria and Dennis

Hi Grandpa! We really, really missed you. Thanksgiving was nice, but it wasn't the same without you. We know you are playing golf with the angels... you are keeping them busy.
We love you a lot... Please watch out for your grandson, he is getting bigger and bigger by the day.
Love you for ever...
Maria, Devin and Dennis

Where do I begin to say how much I enjoyed being a friend and working with Josh as a volunteer at Metrozoo. He was such a kind and considerate man and brought smiles to anyone who met him.

We both made each other laugh and I used to chide him about certain things he did. He said, I don't need this as I get it at home, to which I replied, I'm just trying to make you feel at home as Arlene's not here to lead you.

We know he will be truly missed but know that one day we...

It was my joy to "work" with Josh at the zoo. During the times I volunteered with him, I laughed and enjoyed sharing jokes and funny happenings with him. But what I remember most about Josh was his quest for knowledge. Whatever we were doing or wherever we were going Josh delighted in sharing the new fun facts he had learned about the animals. Josh loved life. I consider myself blessed to have known him. He will be missed by an army of friends.

I was able to teach with, play golf with, and eat breakfast with Josh for many years. He was a great friend and help to me. I'll always remember him with his shorts and spikes as he charged around Kendall Lakes, as it was called then, Country Club. He always gave good advice whether how to get out of a sand trap or how to save a relationship.
I'll always remember him with his infectious smile and love of life.

I am so very sorry to learn of Josh's passing. He was truly a unique individual. I first met him at F.I.U. in my undergraduate courses. Here was a man 18-20 years older than most of us but, with more energy and a real zest to learn. Fifteen years later, I was lucky enough to teach with him at Riviera. I am so glad he touched my life and the lives of our 'special students.'

We have known Josh and Arlene since our days in Japan together (1964-1968). Josh was always so cheerful and kind. We shall miss him but will never forget him. He was one-of-a-kind.

To the family of Josh our deepest sympathy for your loss . Together with Josh and his numerous golfing buddies I enjoyed his company on so many occasions . Our respects and sincere condolences to the family , Roy and Dorothy .
