Dear Patti...
I was so sorry to hear this very sad news. Although we "lose track" in life, we always remember those worth remembering and think back on all the great memories we've had. Although I hadn't met Gordy, I am so saddened by this. I'm sad for him to have to lose his life at the mere age of 52 and for you who lost the most wonderful person in your life and your families' lives. I will always remember you Patty and hope one day our paths will cross again.
Take...

Dear Patti and family, My deepest sympathy for you and your family on your loss. I was shocked and saddened to hear of Gordy's passing. Know that you are in my thoughts and prayers at this sad time.

Patti & Family,

I am deeply sorry for your loss. I will say a special prayer for all of you. You will be in my thoughts and prayers as always.

Heaven called Gordy, because nobody could guard Pete Maravich.

To Gordy's family:

I am deeply sorry to hear of your loss. I met Gordy ( Uncle Gordy! ) through his neice, Jennifer Askins. We met our sophomore year at NC State, and since I was from Berkeley Heights, when I heard Jennifer had family in New Providence it was so comforting to me! Gordy came to our college graduation, and played golf with my dad. After graduation, he gave me a tour of the NY Times ( I wanted to pursue a career in Human Resources ). I still drink coffee from the...

My deepest sympathies to the Rust family, and those friends who will miss Gordon. Gordon and I worked together for the last several years, and while I work from the west coast, I always looked forward to seeing and speaking to Gordy whenever the opportunity presented itself. Working in our human resources department, Gordon SINCERELY cared for the employees he worked with. It will likely take us all some time to accept his passing, but those who got to spend time with him (read, GOLF),...

Dear Patti --
My heart goes out to you and your wonderful family on your tragic loss. I wish I could be there to give you a big hug. May you find comfort in all the kind thoughts and prayers of all your family and friends.

Dear Patti,
I was shocked to learn about your loss several days ago. I have vivid memories of you and Gordy walking around the corridors hand and hand with constant smiles on both your faces. I also remember Gordy's witty sense of humor and watching him do his magic in playing "forward" position in Basketball games. I am truly sorry for his passing and wish you the greatest comfort from all your classmates, friends and relatives during this time of need.
