Gordon introduced me to Grace and was used greatly of the Lord during my spiritually formative years in college. He was a mentor to my soon-to-be husband Jim and I and married us some 45 years ago. I am grateful for his faithful ministry to the Body of Christ over these many years.

Now face to face, we trust Gordon now knows fully, even as he is fully known (I Cor 13:12). We love you Mary Sue. Greetings to the family from the Columbus Heilmans (and Calhouns).

Gordon Walker was very importantt in my understanding of God's grace in the early years of my Christian life. His family is in my thoughts and prayers.

I am forever grateful for my teachings under Reverend Walker and Mary Sue as they opened my eyes thru "Christian Outreach" of God's Love and GRACE. MY LOVE TO THE FAMILY, "RICHIE' (Elaine Richards Purky Williams) May God Bless you and Sustain you.

I am indebted to Gordon Walker, while he lived at Grace Haven in Ohio and taught Layman's Challenge in Columbus,; it was there under his teachings I first heard about grace from the book of Romans which totally changed my Christian Life.

I have many fond memories of Gordon and his family from by-gone years in Palmerdale,AL. Gordon,s mother was my first S.S. teacher in the Baptist Church. I attended bible studies under Mary Sue's mother in their home. We all grew up together in a wonderful close knit community and were classmates through High School.
