As a WSU alumnus who graduated in 1980, I still have great memories of Prof Wise and his sense of humor. He was the best Marketing prof I ever had, and while I'm saddened by his passing, I'm glad to know that he had a great life and what sounds like a great family. He left this world a better place for his having been in it. God bless him, and my condolences to his family.

May Gordie and Mel Stanich have many more conversations about whatever they find interesting...family, sports and music are likely topics. Your style is a model for us all. It will be missed and attempted to be practice!

I worked with Gordon for 10+ years in the Marketing dept at WSU. He was such a kind man. We shared stories about our vacations to the beach. He loved treating the staff to lunch a couple times a year. He will be missed. God speed, Gordon. - Cathy Kempf
