Judge Witherspoon will be greatyly missed, not only as a Judge, but as a person in this world. He was a man of impeccable honor and a kind person. He spent many years serving Anne Arundel County and I am saddened by his passing. Rest in peace, Judge Witherspoon. You were indeed a true gentleman.
