Govan and Family,

My deepest condolences from my heart. May his memory live forever.

Chuck Cleckner

Ill miss you Mr. MartMan.

Govan and I were classmates at Westinghouse High School Class of 1961 in Pittsburgh, PA. Our paths took different routes but I remember him as a kind gentle soul. May he rest in eternal peace. My deepest condolences to his family.

Sylvia Ostine Hutchings

Govan,
Please accept my sympathy and condolences on the passing of your father. As you know, I worked with him at the Academy. He was a peaceful man, and a great PA State Trooper. I think of him behind that desk in the office near the Academy Cafeteria entrance, hard at work.
I thank for him for his friendship, and his contributions to the PSP.
It was a pleasure working with you also in our positions as PRCs.
Your friend,

Charlie Mory
PSP Academy PE Unit (retired)

Govan,

The entire Ross family send our deepest sympathies to you and your family. You are all in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.

Love,

Jack, Kathleen, Kathy, Betsy and John and families

Govan - GOD Bless and comfort you and your family at this time ! I was your dad's roommate at the PSP Academy way back in 1971.

Ann Marie and Family:

I am so sorry to hear of Marty's passing. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
